Last Updated: 11,18, 2025
1. Introduction
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your “Personal Information” and “Protected Health Information” (PHI) when you visit or use our websites, mobile applications, patient portals, and related services (collectively, the “Site” or “Services”).
By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
2. Who We Are
Solvion Health, Inc. (“Solvion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a management and technology company that provides non-clinical administrative, operational, and technology support to independent professional entities that employ or contract with licensed healthcare professionals (“Affiliated Medical Practices” or “Affiliated Practices”).
We do not provide medical, nursing, or professional healthcare services ourselves. Clinical services accessed through our Site are provided by the Affiliated Practices and their licensed professionals (“Providers”).
3. When This Policy Applies / Does Not Apply
This Privacy Policy applies to the information we collect when you:
- Use our Site or Services;
- Register for an account or membership;
- Communicate with us via email, text, phone, or portal;
- Complete intake, lab, or telehealth forms via our Site.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to:
- Information collected by a Provider or Affiliated Practice via their independent clinical system, unless Solvion receives it in its role as technology or administration support;
- Information collected on third-party sites not operated by us or by a Provider.
4. Categories of Information We Collect
4.1 Personal Information
We may collect the following types of Personal Information:
- Identifiers: name, email address, postal address, phone number, date of birth, state of residence.
- Financial/payment information: credit card details, billing address (via our payment processors).
- Internet/mobile usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, usage logs, cookies.
- Geolocation data (as needed for telehealth licensing verification).
4.2 Protected Health Information (PHI)
Because clinical services are provided by the Affiliated Practices and Providers, PHI may be collected by those entities. However, we may receive or process PHI (e.g., lab results, treatment notes) as part of our non-clinical administrative or technology role. PHI may include medical history, lab results, medications, allergies, and treatment plans.
5. How We Collect Information
- Directly from you: when you complete intake forms, account registration, surveys, or telehealth visits.
- Automatically: via cookies, web beacons, and usage logs when you interact with our Site or mobile application.
- From third parties: such as payment processors, labs, diagnostics vendors, or Providers.
6. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Site and Services.
- To verify eligibility (e.g., confirming your location for telehealth licensing).
- To facilitate telehealth, lab testing, prescription, diagnostics, billing, and membership services administratively.
- To communicate with you about appointments, account matters, and Service updates.
- To process payments, subscriptions, and memberships.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, or licensing requirements.
- For analytics, research (in de-identified or aggregate form), security monitoring, and fraud prevention.
7. How We Share Your Information
- Affiliated Practices and Providers: to coordinate care, share lab/test results, prescriptions, or treatment plans.
- Labs, diagnostics vendors, and pharmacies: in connection with your tests or prescriptions.
- Payment processors and billing agents: to process payments for Services, memberships, and third-party vendor charges.
- Service providers and technology vendors: to operate the Site and support our business operations.
- Legal/regulatory authorities: as required by law (e.g., subpoenas or compliance reporting).
Important: Solvion acts only as a payment facilitator for Affiliated Practices and third-party vendors — Solvion does not engage in fee-splitting, direct clinical decision-making, or medication dispensing.

10. Data Security & Retention
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
