A Good Faith Estimate is an estimate of costs for services you may receive. We’ll provide one upon request or when scheduling eligible services so you know what to expect.
Can I get itemized receipts or superbills
Yes. Request one in the portal and we’ll generate it after your visit or monthly as needed.
Will I be surprised by extra fees
We keep pricing simple and transparent. If anything outside your plan is recommended, we’ll discuss it first and provide a clear estimate.
