Do I need labs before my first visit
Case by case. If you have complete labs from the last 3 to 6 months we can often use them. Otherwise we’ll order what’s required for safe decisions.
How do I book a lab
We’ll place the order and send you a link to a nearby location with hours. Bring a photo ID. Fasting instructions are included when needed.
Can I use outside labs
Yes, if complete and recent. Upload PDFs in the portal so our clinicians can review and map results to your plan.
How are labs billed
Labs are billed by the lab. You may use insurance depending on the lab’s policies or pay cash pricing when available.
Scheduling rules
Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 business hours before your appointment. This helps us keep access timely for all members.
What if I miss my lab window
Message us in the portal. We’ll help rebook the draw and keep your plan on track.
