Prescriptions are included; medication cost is billed by partner pharmacies. We include a monthly pharmacy allowance for testosterone/estradiol; GLP-1 pricing is set by the pharmacy. Labs included: Biannual comprehensive panels (every 6 months)

Yes. Message us in the portal before your next billing date so we can adjust your plan.

Labs and Scheduling

Case by case. If you have complete labs from the last three to six months we can often use them. Otherwise we will order what is required for safe decisions.

We place the order and send a location link with hours and any fasting instructions. Bring a photo ID.

Medications and Safety

We prioritize Food and Drug Administration approved products via licensed pharmacies. Medications are pharmacy billed.

Dosing starts low and is adjusted based on outcomes and safety labs when indicated. Your monitoring window appears in the portal.

Insurance and Good Faith Estimates

Policies and Cancellations

Please cancel or reschedule at least forty eight business hours before your appointment. Changes inside the window may incur a fee.

Data and Privacy

We use a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act secure portal with role based access and audit trails. We do not sell data.

Only your care team and as required by law. You control sharing outside of care.

Yes. Request an export in the portal. We will prepare a package of your notes and results.

Troubleshooting and Support

Use password reset. If that fails, message support with your full name and date of birth so we can verify identity.

Disconnect and reconnect. Ensure permissions are enabled. We can read steps, sleep, heart rate, and similar data when allowed.

Use the portal for care questions. For billing and access, use Support inside the portal or email the address listed on your invoice.
